Own It To Ace It!!

Brain Drain is long gone!! What's heating up is Reverse Brain Drain...

India hits top spot in the same list. Whoa! Let me stop you there. Don’t confuse yourself of its being beneficial, for the nation. In Fact it’s even worse and deteriorating. Reverse brain drain is something, when an individual studies in a developed country, attains and masters the skillset and comes back to a developing country or native place to work. Let me put up this way, just suppose a native Indian pursue his/her studies in the foreign countries and comes back to India for work. Yeah.. now you are pretty much on the right track!!
And the but obvious reason behind all these cause is, our long discussed never changing education system. Educational development in India feels as if, it just got froze after a point. There were times, slates and chalks were the only companion of students. Then came the paper and everything was revolutionized. Introduction of paper was long back, but we have just confined ourselves and looping in the very same time zone. For an Indian student, his educational journey just revolves around few sheets of paper. From enrolling in the institution ,to taking down the notes, to gulping up the very same notes, to vomitting the same exact words in examinations. It feels like, the cycle is on a repeat and never ending mode, irrespective of the level of studies. We need to break out of the loop or else we will always remain a developing nation. Education sets up the base for a country’s development. For a student education must be fun, not a notching knot round his collars. There are many ways in which same can be done.i.e
|| Less theoretical, more of practical's. || Advancement of modes and equipment's.
|| Trained but more of creative faculties. || Changes in the curriculum.
And I am sure the list of changes is long enough. And the measures, which I mentioned and the ones in your list, will only be achievable and an aid to the issues, only when we stand for ourselves, our children, our nation. We just need to own and understand our problems and their root cause. And raise a voice for the cause and I am sure your voice will not be the only one you will hear.
Own it to uproot the cause! Own it to bring the change! Own it to be heard loud!
Once we own it we ace it....
