Plain:The New Interesting !!

“ Plain is so Dull”. Isn’t it ?? ”

I’m sure most of us can relate to it. Don’t stress out. I'm not judging you in anyway. I know, at what pace today’s life is running. It is quite difficult to give a thought to a word like “Plain”, as we've got more important and interesting stuff to indulge into. And because of life running at such a fast pace, we see things as either of the two ways: black or white. In this context, if something is not interesting, fascinating or bright, then they are tagged as monotonous, dull and tedious. 

Let me put it this way! How many of us would prefer the veg meal( rice & curry) over biryani ? None, right!  The reason behind is the veg meal being so plain, boring, dull and readily available. But if the same question is put across the biryani restaurant owner, he would definitely contradict. It’s like if you party every single day, a point comes when you are fed up and you find being at home more interesting, comfy and fun, which, let me remind you, was earlier boring and dull to you. We often confuse ourselves with plain being readily available. 

Now a days each one of us wants our life full of excitement and thrill, the very same way you wanted the biryani ! But the same biryani would taste mesmerizing when, for a while, you hadn’t eaten any. The same fundus goes with the life as well, “ Be plain and simple”. By that I mean, always be attached to your roots and live a simple and healthy lifestyle. Because all the fun you were having would double up if you make those fundus your motto. 

Being plain and simple also makes you adaptable to every situation whether veg meal or biryani, success or failures etc. This is just like if there is a plain white paper and on the contrary there is a colored paper, all the figures and sketches with colored pens would be more detailed and beautiful on the plain one rather than the coloured one. So all your promotions, hikes and successes would be an asset and will compliment you, if you are plain and simple, the one who never forgets one's roots.  

So plain is not boring. In fact “Plain is the new interesting”.
